I’m a freelance writer with an affinity for hospitality and the narratives that emerge from it. Born and raised in the Philippines, I now divide my time between Manila and Paris — a rhythm that continues to shape how I see, taste, and write.

Most of my work lies at the intersection of food, travel, and culture. Whether I’m interviewing a chef or featuring a neighborhood spot, I’m interested in the subtleties that often escape at first glance. At the core of my writing is a desire to trace the personal journey behind each story: the beginnings, breakthroughs, and lived experiences that shape one’s craft and point of view.

I’ve always welcomed different forms of creative expression. Photography, in particular, has become a natural extension of my practice — a way of holding onto what resonates. Over time, I’ve developed an inclination toward capturing everyday objects and fleeting moments of stillness amid otherwise dynamic spaces.
